What will your epitaph?

If you’ve been to funerals, you’ve certainly heard epitaphs that I call “official” ones set by children, grandchildren, the priest, the master of ceremonies. Generally, rave, they retrace the life of the deceased listing its shares, its many qualities and often hiding her bad behavior, its defects.
Besides this, if you keep dragging your ears, you hear of acquaintances, neighbors, friends discuss among themselves and say things like “he was mean to his wife,” he was racing, “she drank a lot, “she deceived her husband more than once,” he was lazy, I could go on and better. We can call these epitaphs of “unofficial”.

Which of the two finally take into account?
The first of circumstances this would be frowned upon, even indecent to start railing on the person who has died. The second can be cruel sometimes but seems closer to the truth. Indeed, the unofficial epitaph is spoken by people who knew the deceased and who, thinking being listened to someone’s funeral, described what they saw. Of course, some neighbors and friends, ill-intentioned, can exaggerate things but there is always a grain of truth in what they say.

And you, what will your epitaph? What do you think we tell you when you die?
I know it’s a very delicate question to ask, perhaps even irrelevant to you that you feel great in the prime of life.
But ask yourself this point should not be morbid, unhealthy, it does mean that you will die soon.
Instead, I would say that this may help you live better. Indeed, wondering what will be your epitaph later, you must ask your life on the way you interact with others. If your character is not easy if you appeared to others as a nasty, if you drink too, if you do not mind your children well, if you neglect your family., Know that all your faults will be reported in your epitaph.
On the other hand, your good deeds, your qualities, your altruism will also praised.

So ask not only what will be your epitaph, but mostly what epitaph would you want it make you. In this way, it’s up to you to take control, change behavior, improve your leadership to stick to the best epitaph that you would like us to make you.

Do not be afraid of the word epitaph as this can help change your life if necessary. Try to have an exemplary life, at least try to approach it. Indeed, everyone has his character flaws that it is not always easy to overcome.
However, if you’re angry, if you’re bad if you drink too much, etc.. Or if you simply have small flaws that spoil your life, there are methods, tips to help yourself to improve yourself, to strive for perfection.

Think your epitaph, it’s just a way to regain control of your life, ask you about your actions, your reactions, your way of thinking and reacting. And, above all, the ultimate goal is to get you thinking about how to change and make every effort to do so.

I know you’re not there to hear what they say about you at your funeral, but is not it more satisfactory to think, know, your life, that you compliment, that you will not disgrace your family to know, in the end, you pass your life simply!
